Tune up kit for PB-770H / PB-770T Echo backpack blowers.

How to change your fuel filter located inside the fuel tank :

It’s easiest to do this when the fuel tank on the machine is empty.  

Prep: you can bend a metal wire clothes hanger into a small hook to fish the fuel line with the fuel filter found inside of the fuel tank out through the neck of the tank.  

First take the fuel cap off and stick the wire hook inside the tank to grab the fuel line and pull it out until you have the fuel filter outside of the fuel tank.  The fuel filter just pulls off the end of the fuel line (there might be a small metal c-clip you have to move off the nipple of the fuel filter first).  Make sure you hold on tightly to the fuel line so it doesn’t fall back inside the fuel tank.  Push the nipple of the new fuel filter inside the end of the fuel line and move the c-clip back down over the nipple.  Push the fuel line and new filter back into the tank, making sure there are no kinks or sharp turns in the fuel line.  Re-secure the gas cap.
